What can I expect? Clients in the San Francisco Bay Area receive free in-person consultations, at a location convenient to them. At the consultation, you will be able to see and feel fabric samples and discuss various styling options, and your measurements will be taken. You can expect attention to detail and close communication throughout the process to ensure that the gown  designed for you is exactly what you want.

Do you work with clients in other parts of the country? Yes, it is possible to design your chi pao and place an order via telephone consultations, photographs and email. 

Do you require a deposit? Yes, 50% of the total is due when the order is placed, with the balance due by delivery.

How long will it take for my order to be completed? Once you have placed your order, the completed garments should be ready in approximately 6-8 weeks. Rush orders may be possible for an additional fee.
